Is it handmade ?
Each Earring is made to order and is designed and handmade by skilled craftsmen.
How long does the shipping take?
Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours and delivery can take up to 9-18 days (depending on where you are). You will receive tracking information via e-mail when your order will be sent
I made a mistake with my order, how do I correct it?
Kindly email us at info@lovefinity-za.com within 24 hours as your order has not been shipped yet and is in the production stage. Once the order has been shipped, we can no longer make any changes.
What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
